| 2. For each accepted paper, a full NON-STUDENT RATE [26000/39000 (Intl.) 12000/15500 (Indian)] must be paid BEFORE OCTOBER 6 |
3. Authors with multiple accepted papers can register additional papers at 75% of the FULL-RATE mentioned in Note-2 |

| 4. Registration fees to be collected in Indian rupee; International delegates can pay by credit cards; Indian delegates to pay by Demand Draft |
| 5. All Registration fees are going to be collected in Indian rupee; International delegates can pay
by credit cards; Indian delegates to pay by Demand Draft if the amount is less than Rs 20000 |
| 6. No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only. |
| 7. Each attendee must register separately. |
| 8. Each accepted paper must register before Oct 6 at the full non-student rate |
| 9. People with more than one paper accepted can register the additional papers at 75% of the rate of the 1st paper. |
| 10. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered;
if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. |
| 11. Additional CD-ROM of the proceedings can be ordered for Rs 2000 each |
| 12. Additional Banquet dinner ticket can be purchased for Rs 3200 each |
| 13. Refund policy: Processing fee $70 USD before October 31, 2008. No refunds after October 31, 2008. |
